Workout Wednesday

And we are back! 
I know this weekly post has gone MIA since summer began, but since we are back to normal schedules in our house, this too shall be resumed because this body surely can use some good toning up!

This is what I have started back with and I think you all will like it! I am beginning with arms and stomach as those are the main spots that I want to hit first. Next week I will post a good ab workout so be watching!

Should only take you about 15 minutes or so. Quick and easy peasy :)

  1. I can't wait to start working out after I have the baby! You will have to let me know how well this one works. I feel like my arms got a little flabby this pregnancy.

    1. I felt the exact same way when I was pregnant with Paisley. I felt like I had the worst looking arms :/ ha!
