Workout Wednesday

Operation flabby abs to flat abs GO!!

I said a few weeks ago that my biggest target areas right now are my arms and my belly. Lets face it, having a baby completely turns those abs to a little war field so I am on a mission that begins today to getting that bel-lay back into shape! Who is joining with me?? 

Here is the challenge....{Forget June, just apply it to September :)}

Ok, GOOOO!!!
