Im realizing that I have forgotten to share these photos from Paisley's Cake Smash!
Let me tell y'all. We did her shoot and shooting your own kid sometimes is so hard. Paisley was not having it this day, the lighting was terrible, Paisley was teething and to top it off, she was afraid of the cake. Yes, she cried every time we put it in front of her! We tried everything to try and get her to sit and dig into the cake or even touch it and it wasnt going to happen. Period. Luckily, I was able to set her elephant down next to her throw in her kitchen utensils and get her distracted, stick a spoon in the cake, set it down and run and jump like a mad woman to get her to do anything. After spending over an hour trying, we were able to get 9 photos. Yep, just 9. Out of those oh so few, we got a couple good ones :)
What a day that was!

DeleteAww, frustrating when they just won't cooperate for pictures. Those ones you got are pretty!! Funny how some kids react to something like cake - some dive right in, other wants nothing to do with it! I love the backdrop.
