NINE Months!!

Age: 9 Months

Birthday: January 15, 2013

Weight {Guessing} 16 pounds

Height: {Guessing} 27 1/4 inches

Sleep: Do we have to go here?? Generally, you take a morning nap and an afternoon nap. Some days we just manage an early afternoon nap. Sleeping at night is non-existent. You wake up almost every 2 hours on the dot. Sometimes I am lucky and you sleep for 3 hours. Its been a looong few months!

Bedtime: We put you down between 8:30/9, however, since we have been working on our house sometimes its not till 9:30/10

Favorite Toy: Anything that makes noise. You love books right now, your guitar, the dogs water dish, keys, phones, blocks, your big purple ball, balloons, playing in a box

Clothes Size: 3 months, 3-6 months and venturing into some 6 month stuff

Diaper Size: 2

Milestones Reached:

*Crawling

*Pulling self up and standing

*Saying "Moo"

*Saying "Dadda"

*Saying "Dog-Dog"

*Saying or making a duck sound

*Making a Monkey sound

*Drinking from a straw sippy

*Singing or atleast "lala"

*Pointing at sounds, trees, birds, things you love

*sitting to crawling and vice versa

*Playing Peekaboo

Firsts:

*Blowing raspberries

*Pulling hair when eating

*Sleeping on tummy

*Love pulling books off your shelf. You giggle and get so excited

*You get so excited to see your dadda and Harley

*Giving kisses

*Love chasing after Harley now that you are mobile :) You love her!

*Starting to be shy

*LOVE playing in the dog water or the sink, but the dog dish is so much more fun!

*Love to sing

*Love Cheerios

*First big goose egg on your head. Its looks awful and so sad :(

*Scared of power tools and the vacuum

*LOVE playing and being outside. You get so happy!

Best Mood: Still my morning girl!

Best Moments: Seeing you become mobile and get so excited and proud of yourself! You never want to stop. You dont even want to eat or sleep! You just want to move!

Worst Moments: Seeing the big bruise on your forehead :(

You continue to amaze me. Everyday. Every moment. This has been a rough month for us and loosing some dear friends, and I just want to make sure that every moment with you counts. I dont want to miss out. So far, I havent. We've had so much fun and I cant imagine the fun that we are going to keep having. You are a go-getter. I see this being a good thing and a bad thing. I was a busy body too when I was little and was always in trouble for not sitting still or paying attention. I really hope that wont be the case, but I do know that because you are so determined to get somewhere and get something, you will achieve a great deal of things in life. I know you will do and be something great! Im loving watching your personality blossom. You are sweet, tender, loving and at times, bossy. You know what you want and you will make sure you get what you want. You have a way of stealing the show :) Its funny to watch you and its funny to see others interact with you. My favorite thing lately is you have become shy. A trait of mine, but its cute because you nestle your little head right into my chest and hide as if I can just save your world. Melts my heart every time. 

Im kind of in denial that you are 9 months because time is passing by way too fast. I just want to yell slow down. I cant believe that in a few days basically its a happy birthday to you! I will have carried you for this long. It doestn seem real. I feel like pregnancy drug on and all  I wanted to do was meet you, and here you are, nine months already. We have so much fun ahead and I hope that time will allow us to enjoy it and embrace it. I cant wait for Christmas and I cant wait to see more of who you become sweet girl. You are my world. You and daddy. I love you so much sweet girl!!
